This is the first time I heard of this author or read her book until now I was Gooding to buy a book and happened to run across"No Faith" the title caught my attention so I bought the book and I'm soooo glad I did, this book was one rollers coaster ride I couldn't put the book down I am a preacher kid so I know first hands about church folks, this book had me laughing, mad, my emotions was all over the place but, when the Doctor told Faith she was pregnant and they've thought the Dr's was telling her she's had AIDS, I always tell out of my chair at work, Carla, truly need a book of her own, I hope Kendra, plan on writing a sequel :/ the ending is just the beginning with Calvin, and Faith, drama.... i finished the book and i was pleased. i giggled and gasped throughout the book. some parts i guessed in advance but overall a juicy read!
Very good book, now we need a sequel to it.
I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end would recommend it to others
I purchased this book March 21 2014 and as soon as I started reading the first couple of chapters I fell in love with the book the characters seem so real the story line was amazing because it's something that happens in someone's everyday life I thought the book was amazing thanks Kendra L. Willis for a wonderful book can't wait for more books to come.
When I started this book, I was sooo excited. It started off STRONG. I was really into it. Then around the last 100 pages, I had to skip pages and I continued to skip pages until, finally, the End. Enough already, the story dragged on and on and on, saying the same thing in a different way. The story line is good, but this story truly could have ended sooner. Just when you think its almost over, new, unnecessary drama was added on, important characters disappeared, (mom) then re-appeared, to fight or to die, and the use of the word vowels rather than vows just got on my nerves.. So when I say mixed emotions, its because, I recommend the first half of the book, the rest, not so much.
